Weekly lettings are usually from Sat 16.00 to Sat 10.00.  We can accommodate late arrivals or departures with prior notification.

The maximum number of persons staying in the gites must not exceed the number stated in the website, unless prior consent has been arranged.

To secure reservations, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance to be paid at least 6 weeks prior to rental date. For reservations made within 6 weeks of the rental period, payment is required in full.

On departure guests need to leave the gite/apartment clean, tidy as on their arrival, or pay a 40 Euro cleaning charge. Barbecue must also be left clean.

All clients agree to be a considerate tenant and leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and to be respectful of other clients. All damages, breakages or breakdowns must be reported to the owners promptly so repairs and replacements can be organised prior to the arrival of new clients.

Cots and high chairs are available for use, please notify us at time of booking if these are required.

Bedding and towels are included.

Cancellation policy:

More than 6 weeks before the start of rental period – deposit non-refundable (however where payment has been made in full, the difference between the deposit and the full amount will be refunded). Less than 6 weeks prior to rental period – no refunds will be given.

A security deposit of  200  Euro is payable with the balance of payment, this will be returned in full subject to any deduction for loss / damage or additional cleaning if the property is left in an unacceptable condition. We are confident that our clients will leave the property as they find it.
